This is probably one of my favourite soups, and is so easy to make. It is full of protein from the lentils, plenty of nutrients from the veg and is so filling it will keep you going all afternoon....

Leek and potato soup is one of my all time favourite soups, it is thick and creamy (without the cream) and a great winter warmer. Adding the wild garlic just gives it another dimension but you can omit it if you can’t get hold of any and just do the leeks and potato on their own....

This is a hearty and wholesome Portuguese recipe which never fails to disappoint. I make a big pot and eat it over several days. I know the chorizo sausage is not the healthiest but there is not much per serving and it does make it taste fantastic....

I love this recipe, it comes from my all time favourite soup recipe book, Super Duper Soups by Michael Van Straten, it is gently spiced and very creamy and is allegedly a great aphrodisiac!...

This recipe is packed full of all things good and nutritious. Eat it regularly and it could help you live the life you love even longer!...

This is delicious and is a great use of the superfood Kale, the toasted pumpkin seeds on the top add a great touch and also add protein too of course....

This is a great soup to give your circulation a boost and is easily made with stock cupboard ingredients....

I love this chunky soup with the delicious bursts of corn and the smokiness of the bacon....
