08 Dec Moroccan Quinoa Salad
Gluten & Dairy Free
Serves :

I find quinoa quite bland on its own but I know how good it is for me so I try to include it into my diet where I can. It is rich in protein and is totally gluten free which is what I love about it. I have also discovered a variety of organic pre-cooked quinoa which you soak a little like couscous, so it is really quick and easy to use.
This recipe includes a myriad of flavours that really work well together. It makes a great meal on its own or a side for a meat dish if preferred.
