Did you know that over 90% of New Year’s Resolutions have gone by the wayside by mid January? I know New Year seems like an age ago now but I bet you still really want those resolutions to transpire as much as you did when you set them?
Now Spring is here, maybe it’s time to try again? Do you agree, it’s a much better time of year for new beginnings and positive changes, which is where I come in.
I truly believe that making small changes regularly is the best way. New habits gain momentum very quickly and soon you will find they have become second nature. It doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive, just simple ideas that are easy to implememt and can make a huge difference to your long term health whether you would like to lose weight, stay young or just want to have more energy.

I received the link to Kathy Mcleman’s 5 Day Healthy Eating Challenge – great – I had already decided February was going to be a health focused month. Working with Kathy is great. She is encouraging, non-judgmental and very knowledgeable. You get responses to your questions and further encouragement. I used to never eat breakfast, and I learnt how important it is and with several easy to make suggestions from Kathy, I now regularly eat breakfast and feel much better.
